Refunds & Returns Policy
At Immortal Labs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, processed, prepared, packed, or shipped.
Important Notice: Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only materials and strict product handling standards, orders cannot be returned after they leave our facility. Once an order has been processed, prepared, packed, dispatched, or handed over for shipping, no refunds will be issued.
1. Order Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately at support@immortallabs.com before the order has been processed or prepared for shipment.
Cancellation requests may only be reviewed if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order is prepared, packed, dispatched, transferred to a shipping carrier, or marked for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, stopped, changed, returned, or refunded.
2. No Refunds After Processing or Shipping
Once an order has been processed or leaves our facility for shipping, the sale is final. At that point, Immortal Labs cannot issue a refund, accept a return, exchange a product, or reverse the order.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including product selection, quantity, billing information, shipping address, email address, and contact details.
3. Shipping Responsibility
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment is no longer under the direct control of Immortal Labs. We are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery issues, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, customs delays, weather interruptions, or any shipping-related circumstances outside our control.
Shipping concerns may be reviewed when possible; however, they do not automatically qualify an order for a refund once the package has left our facility.
4. Research Product Handling
Because our products are supplied strictly for research use only, we maintain controlled handling, storage, and quality standards. For product integrity, safety, compliance, and contamination-prevention reasons, returned products cannot be accepted, resold, or restocked.
Products offered by Immortal Labs are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, food use, cosmetic use, or any consumer application.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you believe your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the package, photos of the product, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Immortal Labs may review reported issues on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, credit, or reshipment.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Immortal Labs is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
